We create bespoke wilderness journeys for you, your family, friends, or colleagues – experiences crafted to challenge the assumptions that quietly shape how we understand the world and our capacity in it, while opening the door to the magic and power found deep in the wilderness. And within yourself.
Our wilderness-living sabbaticals are Rare, Raw, and Wild, designed for those curious enough to explore their edge. You can step right to it or move beyond at your own pace. This is your journey, and we meet you exactly where you are.
Each Uncharted Venture is handcrafted for you and your group. While every Venture is inspired by the landscape, its wild foods, cultural myths, forgotten survival skills, healing herbs, and both the iconic and underappreciated wildlife we meet along the way, you shape it’s framework, leaving space for the Wild to do the rest. You’ll work alongside LUMINARIA’s design team as closely or lightly as you wish, choosing the place, activities, and enhancements that resonate the most. A full menu of possibilities is shared once you begin designing your Venture with us.
We also provide lodging options before and after your time living with the wilderness. These lodges are still very much in the wild—simply a softer transition to and from your hand-crafted Outpost Camp. We know meaningful journeys deserve thoughtful transitions, with time to arrive, unwind, and shed the energy of city life, and time afterward, to integrate and celebrate the experience before returning home.
